A stylish outhouse with a bespoke bar and virtual golf simulator
From the foundations to the finished product
Using the customers vision and ideas we created a multi-functional outhouse/summer house. This particular summerhouse was built from start to finish by us from digging out the foundations to the finished product. The rendering and bi-folding doors were in keeping with the rest of the exterior of the main property.
Bi-Folding Doors
The customer specifically requested bi-fold doors, are a really popular trend with homeowners for the last few years, as they are the perfect choice for merging indoor and outdoor spaces.
Bespoke Bar
The customer wanted a custom made bar area that was done to the highest standard. LED lights were fully built in to the front area of the bar to give a luxurious feel. Each detail of how the bar was set out was envisioned by our client and brought to life by our highly qualified team.
Golf Simulator
The inside of the bar area was finished off with a wall mural and a fully functional golf simulator which also doubles as a big screen TV/projector. The Summer house is also fully kitted out with a surround sound system which connects to the inside and outside speakers of the summer house. A washroom was also added to a very high standard.
Feature Rich Bar
The bar area also includes a double breast fridge and separate freezer. Also installed was a dishwasher and sink fully plumbed in to a high standard.
